Barnes Landing Ranch

This was a standard-issue 1960’s Springs ranch house that had undergone some stylish renovations a decade ago. But, the owner was now looking to add a pool, gain a more spacious primary suite, lose the suburban vibe, and make the most of every inch of a very tight lot. We gave the existing house some breathing room, and added a new wing that tied in a detached garage repurposed as a TV room – and, brought the look into the 21st century.
